Store Manager · Mila

Researches products, writes listings, makes product images and videos, and keeps your store up to date.

Does on its own

  • Finds products missing photos, descriptions or details
  • Researches similar products and the words shoppers use
  • Writes titles and descriptions in every language you sell in
  • Prepares product photos and videos

Asks you first

  • Any store change it starts on its own, until you let routine updates through
  • New products, prices, stock and deletions, for as long as you keep them on hold

Video Producer · Vera

Turns your products, store pages and files into ready-to-post videos with voice-over, music and captions.

Does on its own

  • Turns a link, photos or a file into a finished video of up to 3 minutes
  • Adds voice-over, music and captions
  • Uses only facts from your pages, files and words
  • Sizes it for Reels, TikTok, YouTube or your product pages

Asks you first

  • Any video it wants to start without being asked

It never posts. You download the video and decide where it goes.

Newsletter Writer · Noah

Writes on-brand email newsletters about your products and offers, and sends them only after you approve.

Does on its own

  • Plans emails around your new products and offers
  • Writes the subject line, preview text and email
  • Prepares it as a draft in Brevo or SendGrid
  • Reports opens and clicks, with ideas for the next email

Asks you first

  • Sending or scheduling any email, every time
  • Any price, offer or fact it can't confirm

Before you say yes, you see the subject, the sender, the list, how many people it reaches and when it sends.

Blog Writer · Bea

Writes buying guides, product roundups, and how-tos for your store's blog and saves them as WordPress drafts for your approval.

Does on its own

  • Researches what your shoppers search for
  • Writes buying guides and how-tos that link to your products
  • Makes a cover image and saves the post as a WordPress draft

Asks you first

  • Publishing, scheduling or changing a live post

These lists show where each teammate starts. You can change what waits for you on each teammate's page, but the Newsletter Writer always asks before sending and the Video Producer never posts. A request you make in the chat counts as your OK for that job. No teammate writes customer reviews or testimonials, even if you ask.

Keep them. This team works across everything around them.

Shopify Sidekick helps inside your Shopify admin, and Klaviyo inside your email. Your AI teammates work across your store, your blog, your videos and your newsletter, and you approve all of it from one office.

The whole online-store team on Solo: $71.40/month, as four separate plans.

One Store Manager plan covers product photos, videos, descriptions, store updates and Google Shopping checks.

  • Credits pay for the work itself: writing, images and video. Bigger jobs, like long videos, use more.
  • You can see how many credits each teammate has used.
  • When a teammate's credits run out, it stops until you add a credit pack. Extra credits are added only when you buy them.
  • Monthly plans. Cancel a teammate from its page; it keeps working until the month you paid for ends.

What store owners ask first.

Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. The Store Manager connects to your Shopify or WooCommerce store, and to your WordPress site for pages and posts.

I already use Shopify Sidekick. Why add this?

Sidekick helps inside Shopify. Your Agerta team also covers the work around your store: videos, newsletters and blog posts, with every approval in one office.

Which email platforms does the Newsletter Writer use?

Brevo or SendGrid. It prepares each campaign as a draft there and shows you the subject, the sender, the list, how many people it goes to and when it sends. It sends only after you approve.

Will my store change without me knowing?

Not unless you allow it. The Store Manager starts in Review every change: it prepares the work and waits for your yes. You can let routine updates like descriptions and images through, and keep new products, prices, stock and deletions on hold.

Will my product facts stay accurate?

Teammates are told to take product facts and prices only from your store and your own words. When a fact is missing, they leave it out or ask you, and you review the work before it goes live.

Does the Video Producer post to TikTok or Instagram?

No. It makes the video and hands it to you to download. You decide where it goes.

What happens when credits run out?

That teammate stops until you add a credit pack. Extra credits are added only when you buy them.

Will a teammate write reviews or testimonials for me?

No. No teammate writes customer reviews, ratings or testimonials, even if you ask. Fake reviews are illegal in many places, including under the US FTC's 2024 rule.

Where should I start?

With the Store Manager. Connect your store, review its first batch, then bring in the rest of the team when you're ready.
