Introduction
Wiro AI Inc. (“Wiro”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Agerta at agerta.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
Agerta is the agentic office. You hire AI teammates that do the work across your tools, and you approve what matters. You, or a team workspace you belong to, hire teammates such as a Store Manager, Video Producer, Newsletter Writer or Blog Writer. Each teammate chats with you, does work, and acts in the accounts you connect, within the approval mode you choose.
Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the Service, including your visits to agerta.com and agerta.com/blog, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).

-
Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
-
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Account data: your email address, first name and last name, username and, if you set a password, a hashed version of it (we do not store your password in readable form). If you sign up or sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us.
Profile data you choose to add: a profile picture, job title, location, a short bio, and links to your Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram or YouTube profiles.
Security and sign-in data: one-time verification codes, two-factor authentication settings, the devices and browsers signed in to your account, and a history of your account activity.
Workspace data: the organizations and team workspaces you create or join, invitations, member roles, the teammates shared with a team, and any developer API projects and keys you create.
Teammate data: the teammates you hire, their names, roles, settings, approval modes, schedules and connections, and each teammate's plan, credit balance and credit usage, including the AI model runs charged to it.
Billing data: your billing name and address and, if you enter one, your tax ID, which Stripe collects at checkout; and the Stripe identifiers, amounts, status and billing period dates of your teammate subscriptions and credit pack purchases. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
We use your email address to send you the emails the Service needs, such as sign-up and sign-in codes, password reset and other verification codes, team invitations and notices about your account and team membership. Stripe may also send you receipts and invoices for your purchases. We do not currently send newsletters or marketing emails. If we do so in the future, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at [email protected].
AI Input and Output Data
When you use our Service, you may send your teammates content, data, files, prompts, or other materials ("Inputs"), and teammates may read further material from your connected accounts. Teammates generate content and take actions based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). Each teammate stores its conversations (in the Agerta web chat and in any chat channel you connect), the files you send it, its working notes and memory, its schedules and its outputs, such as text, images and videos, on our agent platform so that it can keep working for you. We process Inputs and Outputs to perform your requests, provide and maintain Service features such as conversation history, detect abuse and security issues, comply with law and our Terms of Service, and improve the Service as permitted by applicable law. You can delete a conversation or an output where the office offers that option.
To do a task, a teammate sends the Inputs and information needed for it to the providers that perform it: AI model providers that write text or create images, video, voice or music, some of which are developed, hosted or operated by third parties, and search providers that run web searches. These providers may return Outputs to Wiro. The provider's applicable privacy terms and additional model terms may also govern its processing. These providers are therefore recipients or processors of Customer Data when necessary to fulfill your request.
Inputs and Outputs may contain Personal Data or information treated as sensitive under applicable law, including Personal Data about your customers or other people that you send to a teammate or that a teammate reads from a connected account. You are responsible for deciding what to submit and for having a lawful basis, required authority, and required notices or consents for Personal Data contained in an Input. Do not submit sensitive Personal Data unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for the requested processing.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you are signed in, our servers record your account activity, such as the actions you take, the details of each request (with passwords never recorded in readable form), your IP address, your browser and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Each sign-in session is tied to your browser and the country of your IP address. We also keep error logs, which may include the content of a request that failed, such as a chat message.
When you first arrive at agerta.com, we record how you found us: campaign (UTM) parameters, the referring site, any ad click identifiers in the link (such as gclid, fbclid or ttclid), the page you landed on, the time of your visit and, if Google Analytics cookies are allowed in your browser, your Google Analytics client ID. This information stays in your browser until you sign up or sign in, and is then saved with your account.
Tracking Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Other tracking technologies are also used such as beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Examples of Cookies and similar technologies we use:
-
Sign-in Session Cookie: We set a session cookie only while you sign in with Google, to keep the sign-in secure. It holds the state of the sign-in and expires after 15 minutes.
-
Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<ID>) on agerta.com and agerta.com/blog to measure visits and how our Service is used, only while analytics storage is allowed, as described in “Analytics Cookies and Your Choices” below.
-
Browser Storage: We keep your sign-in token, the selected workspace, your cookie choice (described below), and preferences such as theme, language, office theme and layout in your browser's local storage, together with the first-visit information described above until it is saved with your account. During Google sign-in, a temporary security value is also kept there. If you clear this storage, you will be signed out.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or advertising pixels.
Analytics Cookies and Your Choices
Google Analytics on agerta.com and agerta.com/blog uses Google Consent Mode v2, which tells Google which kinds of storage it may use in your browser. Ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization are denied for every visitor, because Agerta runs no advertising tracking. Analytics storage is denied by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and allowed by default for visitors elsewhere. Google determines which of these regions you are in from your IP address.
If your browser's time zone is in Europe or in another part of the European Union (such as Cyprus, the Azores or Réunion) and you have not made a choice yet, a small consent bar asks whether you allow analytics cookies, with Accept and Decline buttons. It covers analytics only; Agerta sets no advertising cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key “agerta-consent” and applies on both agerta.com and agerta.com/blog. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” on this page, which opens the consent bar again; visitors who are not shown the bar automatically can use it to accept or decline as well. If you clear your browser storage, your choice is removed and the default for your region applies again.
While your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we deny analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization for every visit from that browser, wherever you are and even if you accepted analytics cookies before, we remove Google Analytics cookies already set in that browser, and we do not show the consent bar.
While analytics storage is denied, Google Analytics does not set or read its cookies. The Google tag still loads, and Google may receive measurements without a cookie identifier, such as the page you visit, the time and your consent choice, which Google may use to estimate visit numbers in aggregate.
-
Connected Accounts, Chat Channels and Credentials
To let a teammate work in your tools, you may connect accounts such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Merchant Center, Brevo or SendGrid, and chat channels such as Telegram, Slack or Discord. Depending on the service, you provide credentials such as API keys, application passwords, access tokens, bot tokens and the users or channels allowed to message the teammate, or you grant access through the service's own authorization page.
These credentials are sent to the teammate on our agent platform and stored there so that the teammate can use them. They are used only for that teammate's work, and the office shows their values masked. You can disconnect a connection or chat channel where the teammate's Connections section offers it. You can also revoke a credential at any time at the other service, for example by deleting the API key or removing the app there, which ends the teammate's access to that account.
A teammate reads and changes the data in a connected account that it needs for the work you ask for or that its role includes, such as products, prices, stock levels, store content, blog posts, product listings, email contact lists, campaigns and campaign statistics. It receives and sends messages in the chat channels you connect, and the people you allow to message it there can send it instructions and see its replies.
Connected accounts and chat channels may hold personal data about your customers, subscribers or other people. For that data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to do the work you ask your teammates to do and to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights, notices and consents needed to let a teammate process it.
When you connect a Google service, such as Google Merchant Center, a teammate accesses Google user data through Google's APIs. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
-
The Office
The office is where you see and work with the teammates of a workspace. From the office you can forward a message to a teammate, optionally naming the teammate it comes from (a “hand-off”). We keep every hand-off in your workspace's office log: the text you forwarded, the sending and receiving teammates, the member who sent it, its delivery status, a short excerpt of the reply, and timestamps.
Members of the workspace can see its office log, except that a hand-off made in a member's private session is visible only to that member, the person who pays for the receiving teammate and the team's admins.
We store the office theme you choose with your account and in your browser. The office uses your device's clock to show the time of day.
Where the office offers these settings, the user of a personal workspace, or a team's owner or admins, can also upload a logo for the office wall and choose the office's city, its temperature unit, the currencies on its exchange-rate board and up to five news topics. We store these settings and the logo with the workspace. Until a city is chosen, we may suggest one based on the approximate location of your IP address and your browser's time zone. To show this information, our servers request the weather for the city's approximate coordinates from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway), exchange rates from the European Central Bank, and headlines on the chosen news topics from our search provider. These requests contain only the coordinates, the topics and the city's country, not your name, email address or IP address. An uploaded logo can be viewed by anyone who has its link.
-
Use of Data
Wiro uses the collected data for various purposes:
-
to provide and maintain our Service;
-
to run the teammates you hire, including their chats, scheduled work, hand-offs and the actions they take in the accounts and chat channels you connect;
-
to measure each teammate's credit usage and to bill teammate subscriptions and credit packs;
-
to notify you about changes to our Service;
-
to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;
-
to provide customer support;
-
to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service, including how people find the Service and which campaigns bring visitors;
-
to monitor the usage of our Service;
-
to detect, prevent and address technical issues;
-
to check whether an email address used with the Service belongs to a disposable, relay or blocked email domain, and to detect, prevent and address fraud and abuse;
-
to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;
-
to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
-
to provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.;
-
to provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information;
-
in any other way we may describe when you provide the information;
-
for any other purpose with your consent.
-
Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Teammate data, including conversations, files, working notes and memory, schedules, outputs, connected credentials and the office log, is kept while the teammate exists so that it can keep working, until you delete it where the Service lets you, or until we erase it 30 days after your account is deleted, as described on our Data Deletion page. When a teammate's subscription ends while your account stays open, the teammate is stopped, not deleted, and its data is kept.
Deleting your account from your account settings closes the account, signs you out, immediately cancels the subscription of every teammate you pay for and stops those teammates, as described in our Terms of Service. Thirty days later we erase the data associated with the account, including the teammates you pay for and their data, your office data, the team workspaces you own and your API projects and keys, as described on our Data Deletion page. We keep a record of the deletion, and the record of your account activity, such as IP addresses, for one more year to prevent fraud and abuse.
We keep billing, payment and credit records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and other legal purposes.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
-
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Wiro will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
-
Disclosure of Data
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:
-
Disclosure for Law Enforcement.
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

-
Other cases. We may disclose your information also:
-

-
to the AI model providers and search providers that perform a teammate's task, as described in the section “AI Input and Output Data”;

-
at your direction, to the members of the team workspaces you share teammates with, who can see shared conversations and the office log as described in the section “The Office”;
-
-
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The values of the credentials you give your teammates are shown masked in the office.
-
Your Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, covered by GDPR. This website has more information.
We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

-
Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. This website has more information.
According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
-
users can visit our site anonymously;
-
our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
-
users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
-
users are able to change their personal information in their account settings or by emailing us at [email protected].
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals and Global Privacy Control:
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal you can turn on in your web browser, or with a browser extension, to tell websites that you do not want your personal information sold or shared. We honor it: while your browser sends GPC, agerta.com and agerta.com/blog deny all analytics and advertising storage, Google Analytics does not set or read its cookies, and the consent bar is not shown, as described in “Analytics Cookies and Your Choices” in Section 4.
Do Not Track is an older browser preference with no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it. We do not use it as a separate signal. To stop analytics cookies, turn on GPC or decline them with “Cookie settings”.
-
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The Service Providers we currently use include:
-
Stripe, for checkout, payments, tax, invoices and the billing portal. We share your email address, name and account identifier with Stripe to create your customer record, and Stripe collects your payment card, billing address and any tax ID directly.
-
Google, for Sign in with Google, through which we receive your name, email address and profile photo.
-
Google Analytics, on agerta.com and on agerta.com/blog (on the blog, for visitors who are not signed in to it). Google Analytics receives events about how you use these sites, without your account identifier. Our servers also send Google Analytics a record of each purchase and refund, with its amount, currency and product category, your account identifier and your Google Analytics client ID (or, if we have none, an ID derived from your account identifier). These purchase and refund records are sent from our servers, not from your browser, and do not depend on the cookie choice in your browser. You can decline analytics cookies in the consent bar or with “Cookie settings”, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies for these sites. Google explains how it uses this data.
-
AI model providers and search providers, reached through our agent platform, which perform the tasks of your teammates.
-
Amazon Web Services, for sending email (Amazon SES) and for storing and delivering files such as profile pictures (Amazon S3 and CloudFront).
-
UserCheck, which receives the email address you sign up with or change to, in order to check whether it belongs to a disposable, relay or blocked email domain.
-
Cloudflare, which sits in front of agerta.com and handles its network traffic, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
-
Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on agerta.com and the blog. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Some of these providers, such as Stripe and Google, also process data under their own privacy policies.
-
U.S. State Privacy Notice
Wiro does not sell or share personal information as defined by any U.S. state privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not use personal information for targeted advertising purposes, and the Service does not currently load advertising pixels or set advertising cookies. The first-visit information we record, which may include ad click identifiers, is used to understand how people find the Service. If we change these practices, we will update this Privacy Policy before we do. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of any future sale or sharing of personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
-
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
The services you connect to a teammate, such as your store, blog, email provider or chat app, are also operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
-
Children's Privacy
The Service is built for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. To use it, you must be able to form a binding contract with us, as described in our Terms of Service. In this Privacy Policy, “Children” means individuals under 13, or under the higher age below which the law where they live requires a parent's consent for the processing of their Personal Data (for example, 16 in some EEA countries).
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from Children. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at [email protected]. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a Child, we will take steps to delete it.
-
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
